While negative events are directed to problem management, positive and neutral events are used to train ML models enabling them to predict network behaviours.

Clarity NetMaster uses real-time network geographical map with accurate location of network elements and generated events. In case of negative events, embedded heatmap feature shows the severity of situation and high level view of similar events in other locations.
Configurable Event Filtering
Clarity NetMaster uses configurable business rules to filter out events based on type and network object characteristics. Automated rules can be configured for event clearance and acknowledgement, fault ticket creation, recurring or transient event suppression and correlation of events and network topology/status to determine the root-cause fault and assess service impacts.
Event Correlation Rules
Clarity NetMaster includes a configurable correlation engine which provides out of the box and extensible correlation libraries to implement root-cause and service impact assessment logic. Multiple instances of the correlation engine can spread load and improve performance.
Aggregation and Dashboards
Real-time statistics (busy-hour and summaries), thresholding and forecasting tools (linear regression and moving average) provide added value to network data.
