Who
I Work With

I work with US-based and global teams who need to move to a higher level of performance. Regardless of whether they are a project team, a support team, a department, or a newly merged organization, they have one thing in common -- they need to work better together so that they can reach their goals faster and more effectively. They can’t afford to lose precious time in the churn of inefficient teamwork.

They have neither time nor patience for a “kumbuya” meeting — yet they know that they need to do something to resolve the “people issues” that are getting in their way. They can’t waste project time on “feel good” meetings that won’t make a real difference.

Typically, my clients have all the technical talent, experience, education and ideas they need – but may not have the skills, knowledge and tools to help teams that are “stuck” get moving again.

Clients are likely to be successful working with me if they are committed to understanding and resolving the issues that are getting in their way.  They are willing to invest a day or two to “stop the action” and focus on concrete steps to build better team performance. My clients are not looking for a “feel-good” meeting – or for so-called “team-building” activities that do not have a sustaining impact on their work.
