No games - no kumbuya – just strategies and actions designed to improve how you work together.  My approach is balanced, pragmatic and research-based.  Every activity will be anchored by proven models of team development and performance. No tossing balls, no standing in a circle, no group hugs.  That being said, I believe you get better results when the atmosphere is light-hearted -- it keeps people motivated and engaged.

My clients get a lot of attention. Your projects are important. Whether in person, by email or by phone, I keep you up-to-date on progress.

I also pay attention to the details.  Your project will be handcrafted and detailed to fit you, and your situation.  It won’t come out of a box.

What makes me different from any other team consultant? The pharmaceutical industry has been my life’s work – for over 30 years.  As a former bench scientist, clinical researcher and pharmaceutical drug developer, I speak the language of R&D, understand the challenges of matrix teams, and appreciate the challenges you face.
