After over 30 years in the pharmaceutical R&D industry with one of the most respected organizations in the world, I now enjoy a rich and rewarding consulting practice, exclusively with the technical professionals I know so well.  Essentially, I grew up in this business.   As a former bench scientist, clinical researcher and pharmaceutical drug developer, I speak the language of R&D, understand quite well the challenges of matrix teams. My clients tell me this sets me apart from other consultants.

Bringing together my unique industry experience with the best practices of team development and performance, team leadership, adult learning, and change implementation, my goal is to provide you with focused solutions with measurable results that last.

In addition to my formal education and extensive career experience, I have advanced training in Leadership, Team Development, Change Implementation and Management Consulting. 

As I continually explore new paths of learning, I translate my experience and pass along key insights to my clients. My work is built on respect for others, professional integrity, clarity of thought, and keeping an open heart and mind.
