The pharmaceutical industry has been my life’s work – for over 30 years. As a former bench scientist, clinical researcher and pharmaceutical drug developer, I speak the language of biotech and pharma, and understand the challenges you face. This broad industry experience is uniquely paired with over 15 years of management, organization development and team consulting exclusively to the pharma and healthcare industries. I’ve helped organizations build team environments from the ground up. My clients tell me this sets me apart from other consultants.

In addition to my formal education and career experience, I have advanced training in Leadership, Team Development, Facilitation, Adult Learning, Change Implementation, and Management Consulting.

My free time finds me in the kitchen or the garden, behind my camera or with a book.
