Catalyst for powerful change

After over 30 years in the pharmaceutical R&D industry with one of the most respected organizations in the world, I now enjoy a rich and rewarding consulting practice, exclusively with the technical professionals I know so well. A former bench scientist, I’ve worked in drug discovery, drug development and clinical research. I speak the language of R&D and understand quite well the challenges of matrix teams. I’ve helped build team environments from the ground up - my clients tell me this sets me apart from other consultants.

In addition to my formal education and career experience, I have advanced training in Leadership, Team Development, Facilitation, Adult Learning, Change Implementation, and Management Consulting.

My free time finds me in the kitchen or the garden, behind my camera or with a book.
